Contact and prayer forms

When you use a form on this website, you provide your name, email address, message category, message, and consent to send it. This information is emailed to the ministry’s designated inbox so we can receive your request, pray, or respond.

Your message is not automatically published on the website. Email passes through the services that operate the website and receive the ministry’s email. Please avoid sending financial details, passwords, or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Requests involving other people

First names are enough when asking for prayer for someone else. Please avoid sharing another person’s identifying or private details without their permission.

Book orders and personalization

When you order a book, we receive the contact, billing, order, and payment-status information needed to process and support your purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe and its payment services. We do not receive your full card number. Website, payment, email, and book-design service providers may process information on our behalf to fulfill your order.

Personalized book orders are placed by adults. We ask for children’s first names, an optional photo, and an optional gift message. You must have permission from the parent or guardian and the photo’s rights holder. Please do not send birth dates, school details, identity documents, or other unnecessary private information.

Personalization details and photos are emailed to the ministry and used to prepare and support your order. They are not automatically published and will not be used in public examples or advertising without separate permission. You may request removal of personalization details and working files through the Connect page or by emailing edandcynthiabest@yahoo.com. Order and transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, legal requirements, or resolving an order issue.

Website services

The website and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and operate their services, such as IP addresses and server logs. The site’s theme may request fonts from Google Fonts. Links to BibleGateway or other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions or requests

To ask about a message you have sent or request its deletion, use the Connect page and describe your request. Include the email address used for your original message so the ministry can locate it.
